limited useJun 03, 2010 Bought a pair of these five years ago and used them maybe four times. A couple of days ago I got them out and when I took them out of the case the focus bar did not work and the eyepieces fell out. They were never dropped or mishandled. Great the few times I got to use them, but definitely not worth the money I wasted on them.

Pricing Extremely WellFeb 03, 2010 The Binoculars work quite well for viewing sporting events. I got them for just under $40 marked down from about $80. Although they are a little heavy and bulky, they work very well and serve the purpose without having to treat them like fine china.
HappyJan 07, 2010 We use it for birdwatching and everytime we step outdoors. Perfect and great value for money

Bad for Birding - Make me dizzyOct 21, 2009 I purchased these with the intent of using for bird watching but they literally make me feel dizzy and green. No matter what I try, they just don't seem to provide a clear, distinct view. Seem abnormally darker than others I've used and never give a crisp clear view. On the other hand, they are by far more ergonomic than the old ones I owned, feel great, solid, nice set...but wish I'd kept my 30 year old set instead. Not good for bird watching. Can't begin to imagine for sports. Perhaps its my eyes? Unsure but they don't compare to 30 year old set.

Decent Binoculars, not good for birdingFeb 08, 2009 I bought these binoculars to watch the birds in my backyard but failed to do sufficient pre-sale research. Their nearest focus point is probably 50ft and their magnification is generally higher than you would want. So they are ill suited for my intended use, but that is my fault, not Bushnells.
For viewing things further away they are fine. They seem rugged and very solid, though I haven't done much with them. I like the rubberized housing. The one general complaint I have is that the rocker focus mechanism has too much give in it. You can rock it for a few degrees before it actually starts doing any focusing.
