Do yourself a favor and save your money. I look back and can't believe I spent $25+ on a stand. This looks great, but I don't think the quality is that great. Doesn't work with a case unless you bend it (and even then very insecure.
My recommendation is to get a RAM suction cup mount and then just mount your phone on your desk that way, more secure and only $19 for a good Ram suctioncup mount that would work just fine on a desk.
PLEASE don't waste so much money on this. For $15, sure. $30+ Give us a break!

The thing works. We are a two person Mime Theatre company called The Chameleons (Chameleonsmime.com). We do a lot of school shows, where we "fly" off stage and do our own sound cues. Our ipod is hooked into a JBL powered speaker. Before we had to just let the ipod lie there. Not good, because it had a habit of leaving the table (being pulled by the cord hooked into the JBL.) Also the face of the screen would change, (very annoying!). So now, it just sits there in perfect position and behaves itself. Very, Very nice!

i just got my X-Stand today and i totally LOVE it. it's totally what i wanted and needed. the only thing taht would have been Cute is that if the X-Stand came in different colors, ( i.e. black or hot pink .. LOL! ).
saw a video on YouTube and some other company is selling it for $40 but of course got a good deal with Amazon.
