 Difficult to install and looks cheapJan 11, 2010
It was difficult to install, you lose sensitivity of the track pad, and the palm guard do not match the color of the unibody. Another important thing, if you get wrinkles on the keyboard protector it could damage the screen. Please don't use it!

The wrist pads are *very* comfortable. They not only protect the laptop from scratches and wear, but they have a nice grip to them. The felt cloth that comes with it covers the keyboard nicely to prevent any smudge marks from making its way from the keys to the screen.

Although this product isn't very pretty, it works well!
It would be great if someone could design a product like this that doesn't look like two big patches sitting on the deck of your laptop.
That's really my only complaint! it's just UGLY

Great product works as advertised. Easy to re-apply in case it doesn't line up right the first time. Word of caution the laptop magnet doesn't hold the top closed as well after this is applied.

I'm pretty easy on my computers so I've never felt the need for extra protection but after 7 years of use I did notice some wear and tear on my previous macbook so I decided to purchase this for my new one. My only 2 gripes:
1) it's a bit difficult to apply. (this is probably something that varies from person to person. It's that whole sticker peeling off thing that I had trouble with. Though I made a mistake it was easy to remove and reply)
2) the trackpad protector has lowered the sensitivity of my trackpad. This is the most annoying thing as I sometimes have to click twice to get it to do what I want it to do. Note: I use the trackpad to click as opposed to using it as a button to click...
I'm keeping it on for now but I have entertained the idea of removing it.
